One-to-One Packages
Packages & Options
Below, you will see my standard one-to-one coaching packages. Each package is designed to be cost-effective for you and your team(s).
Please contact me for a conversation about your bespoke needs if these packages don't suit your requirements.
Introductions
Each coaching package with me would ideally start with a quick 15 to 30 minute discussion about what to expect in our coaching engagement. This can be over the phone or online. In the meeting I will help you will understand what to expect from coaching and how I like to work. From here, if you choose to go ahead with coaching, we can discuss options including quantity and frequency of sessions.
1 Session / 30 minutes / No Charge
Standard Package
In my regular coaching package, I offer eight one-to-one sessions. In our first session which I call Discovery & Contracting, we will explore your coaching needs and make a plan for the engagement. We will then have six further one-to-one sessions where I will coach you on the items in your plan (or anything else you choose to when you attend the session). The final session will focus on the successes of the coaching engagement, feedback from you on your views of working with me and, where appropriate re-contracting as necessary to meet your development needs. These sessions can be carried out using online video calling or in person, if you wish to visit for face-to-face.
8 Sessions / 60 minutes each / £500
One-off Session
In a one-off session, we will meet, introduce ourselves, explore your chosen coaching topic, coach for 60-75 minutes and then wrap-up.
1 Session / 90 minutes / £125
Extended Package
In my extended coaching package, I offer ten one-to-one sessions. The first session is Discovery & Contracting, followed by eight one-to-one Coaching sessions and finally Close-down/re-contracting. These sessions can be carried out using online video calling or in person, if you wish to visit for face-to-face.
10 Sessions / 60 minutes each / £600
Bespoke Packages
If you would like me to work with you to put together a bespoke package for your coaching, or for package bundles for your team, then please contact me so we can start to discuss your requirements. I am able to offer additional services to complement coaching, such as stakeholder interviews and feedback sessions, team coaching using affiliate coaches, ongoing support and maintenance coaching.
