In my work, I come into contact with a large number of other professional coaches who have a wide and varied skill-set that can be called upon to support you.​
See below for some of the ways my network can help you thrive.
Specialist Areas
If I am unable to accommodate clients due to current workload or because a client requests a package of coaching / individual coaching session that I feel would be better served by an affiliate coach with specific niche skills, I will offer the client a referral to an alternate coach. I will only provide referrals to coaches in my close network that I am confident are able to provide the high standard of coaching that I expect and those who operate to the strict codes of conduct that the professional coaching industry demands.
No-Fee Coaching
As our trained, qualified coaches develop in their coaching practice, many wish to broaden their portfolio of expertise or specialism, or the number of hours they have coached towards the targets set by a coaching accreditation track, such as the International Coaching Federation and European Mentoring & Coaching Council. To help with this, coaches offer free coaching sessions or packages to clients. This no-fee service is beneficial to both parties.
Pro Bono Coaching
Slightly different to No-Fee Coaching, this service is often provided either by me or members of my network in situations we consider to be Coaching for Social Impact. We see this social impact providing a ripple effect through charity & non-profit groups. As coaches we look towards aligning with organisations who believe that their teams of volunteers can benefit from our coaching services.
