Below, you will see my standard coaching supervision packages. Each package is designed to be cost-effective for you and your team(s).

About Supervision
High quality supervision is essential for coaches. This provides a safe, supportive space to reflect, review and develop your coaching practice. You can choose between one-to-one supervision or group supervision. The EMCC recommendation for very active coaches is 1 hour of supervision for every 35 hours coached. As a minimum you should be attending coaching supervision at least once every 3 months.
One-to-one Supervision
One-to-one Supervision is led by a qualified coach supervisor. The purpose of coaching supervision is to gain insight and perspective on your own coaching work, in complex or challenging situations. It will allow you to stay aligned to best practice, ethics and boundaries of the coaching industry. This is also an opportunity to gain support in the form of ideas, information and suggestions from a supervisor as a peer and experienced coach. You can choose either a pre-paid package of sessions, where additional sessions are available at a reduce rate. Alternatively, use the pay-as-you-go approach.
4 Session Package / 60 minutes each / £450. Additional Sessions / £100
Pay-as-you-go / 60 minutes each / £130.
Mentor
Coaching
Through my affiliate approach, I can facilitate mentor coaching packages to assist coaches in gaining their ICF credential completing the core competency aspects. ​

Group
Supervision
Group Supervision is led by a qualified coaching supervisor. The group supervision approach gives participants the opportunity to bring their own coaching scenarios for consideration; you learn from your own case, as well as those of the other coaches in the 'room'. Group sessions are scheduled approximately every 9 weeks and pre-paid. Group sizes are no larger than 5 coaches plus supervisor(s).
